PLUS 38VSL TLR is a complete wheel system with a 28mm width, pillar 1423 elliptical spokes, 20 spoke radial front wheel, 16:8 24 spoke rear wheel spoke config for equal tension on drive and non-drive spokes, NBK bearings for the smoothest of rolling.  PLUS VSL rim brake wheels feature a 240 deg high temp epoxy resin brake ring, Lazer etched  for improved braking,  allowing for any and all conditions of braking performance without compromise to our brake area, for safe, sure and predictable stopping power on all road conditions
