LIFETIME WARRANTY

PLUS Aero wheelsets are built with complete confidence, manufactured meeting ISO 4210 regulations, being the international standard recognised for bicycle manufacturing, meeting the criteria of ISO 4210 provides a high level of comfort to consumers knowing our products are manufactured at the highest measurable standards and quality, thus providing customers a level of comfort and safety, further holding us accountable to meet consistent measure of standard. 

PLUS Aero wheelsets offer a lifetime warranty to all customers who meet the following terms and conditions

  • Service their wheelsets 1(once) a year through us or an approved dealer
  • Pay all asociated costs related to the servicing, specifically courier/delivering,labour for inspection of wheelsets.
  • Pay for any and all replacement parts if required, notwithstanding any item.

Work carried out for general service- rim inspection, spoke/nipple inspection, full hubset inspection.

PLUS will warranty wheelsets excluding crash warranties, for the entire lifetime against any defective components without question if above criteria is met.

 We are so confident that we are committed to our wheelsets and will go the distance to make sure your wheelsets are always at their optimal working condition.

CRASH WARRANTY
PLUS Aero wheelsets offer a 30%(thirty) discount off RRP price in the event of non-warranty damage occuring through any crash related failure of wheel/set(s). Please note this warranty excludes mishandling or any type tampering whatsoever, defined as any non related crash damage.PLUS Aero wheelsets reserve all rights to decline the crash damage discount for any reason whatsover.
STANDARD WARRANTY
PLUS Aero wheelsets offer a 2(two) year standard warranty on wheelsets including rims, spokes,nipples,hubs,bearings and any part related to the wheelsets, please note the standard warranty is defaulted in the case of customer not opting for the above lifetime warranty. We do however offer all replacement parts for wheelsets and can be purchased and fitted through any approved dealer or sent to us , all parts and labour /freight are for the cost of the owner of mentioned wheelset.

RETURN POLICY

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your Plus AERO Wheelset, you can return it within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify for a return, the wheelset must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories included. Please ensure you provide proof of purchase when initiating the return.

To start a return, contact our customer service team at info@pluslifestyle.co.za or call customer service on 083 882 1308. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 1 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
